Situated on the beach approximately half the distance between Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos.

The property has a Government Approved Water Concession consisting of a new water well which provides fresh water in abundance.

The Ocean parcel is fenced.

There are some small caretaker quarters and rest rooms with showers.

1000 small coconut palms have been planted.

New well motor and enclosure have been installed. March 2006.
