Improvements along the Southern Baja Coast

• Road widening along Mexican Highway 19 has started, work is in progress.

• New International Airport Northwest of Cabo San Lucas.  Approved by recent Governor mandate

• Electricity approved.  Extended from Todos Santos to Cabo San Lucas
  Installation 2006/2007.

• The property has a Government Approved Water Concession consisting of a new water well  which provides fresh water in abundance.
   
• The Ocean parcel is fenced.
   
• There are some small caretaker quarters and rest rooms with showers.
   
• 1000 small coconut  palms have been planted.
   
• New well motor and enclosure have been installed. March 2006.
   

• Recently completed:   STRONGER SURVEY,  Registered satellite boundary survey and marking procedure. Completed Fall of 2005
   

• Recently Confirmed:   Federal Concession and registration “ Federal Maritime Zone” registered and in place.  “Zona Maritima Federal”
   

• Recently Confirmed:   CNA National Water Commission  “ Water concession approval”
   

• Title is secure:  Title has been searched and  U.S. Title insurance has been placed on this property.
